If you are new to the clinic please select “Initial Treatment for New Patients”. Note that some of the RMT’s do not take new patients.

Please fill in your intake form online. If you are unable, let us know and you can fill in a paper form in person but do arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to give yourself enough time.

Please note this is a dog-friendly clinic. There are 2 dogs at the clinic, Sascha and Bosco. They are very friendly and serve as our therapy dogs. Please let us know if you would like to limit your interaction with them.

We have strict cleaning regime we are following to keep you as safe as possible. This includes sanitizing all touch points in the common areas like the lobby, bathroom and our treatment rooms

What is expected of you (the patient):

Please complete the Health prescreening sent to you via email 24 hrs before treatment commences. This gives you time to cancel without penalty if you are feeling unwell. It’s for any type of illness including cough, sore throat, colds and flus. Takes about 45 seconds to complete.

If you have to change or cancel your appointment please give us 24-48hrs notice so that we may have time to refill the empty spot. We will charge for missed appointments and late cancellations. Email is always best to get in touch with us quickly.

Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.

Please be kind and patient. We have a zero tolerance policy for any abusive or inappropriate language or behavior.
